    Not a Picasso but a beautiful peice of art with a beautiful landscape scene in the valley with a lovely iced mountain in the background, a little flower garden below. It is signed but cannot make out clearly, it looks like ZK. It has that heavy paint, I think they call Pallete. Love it.
