We have been trying to identify the maker of this perfume bottle for some time (years). We have a very knowledgeable collector friend who is very well versed in Imperial Candlewick and this has been eliminated, for now, unless someone has proof. We have searched and researched in many online databases. We have shared with several glass collector groups. The closest thing we have found was a boudoir lamp made with the bottle as the base and a glass beaded shade to match, and we have no attribution on the lamp either.
It is 8" tall with stopper and 4 3/4" without stopper and 3" across. There are no markings. It is a heavy pressed glass with two mould seams. Various stoppers have been seen with this bottle, so that is also up for discussion. It is assumed it is from the 1930-40s period either from Czechoslovakia or the USA.
Any help is appreciated.
