i really love this jar. it's pretty large at nine inches tall. No idea when it was made though. but really nice tweetie!

i should have explained more. the tweetie is the crazy flying bird. that and the chrysanthemums are the primary elements of a lot of Peranakan / Nonya Straits pottery - made for them by the Chinese in Yongdezhen [i think]. The Peranakan are the earlier Chinese traders / businessmen who live throughout Malaysia and Indonesia.
