Could this painting, oil on canvas of a portly English Gent in top hat and tails be by Beatrice Windsor, Princess Beatrice (1857-1944)? This was the youngest child of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. She married Prince Henry of Battenberg in Whippingham Church on the Isle of Wight. We bought this in an auction in Florida and can not find any reference to either Bea Windsor or Beatrice Windsor. Any assistance you greatly be appreciated in identifying the artist. Thank you for looking!

It's Beatrice WINS... (Something) No 'D', like in Windsor.
