    I have seen these pieces over the years and wasn’t even able to bid because they are so rare (didn’t want to buy bases without lids. So in back-to-back weeks both of these came up. They are Franz Welz “line and confetti” decor. What makes this series especially rare it the transcuscency of the lines. They are found in violet, green and rose all transluscent with green adventurine confetti
