I bought this in Okinawa about 1974. He is about 3" long and 2" high, a tiny little elephant ivory carving. I don't remember what the stones are. I have the receipt somewhere and that probably would describe them. I seem to recall that this was an old piece and that the stones were recently added around the time that I bought it. Too long ago to remember the details, I am afraid. This was before the reversion of Okinawa to the Japanese. If I recall correctly, I paid $45 for this. A lot of money to a soldier who was making about $400 a month!
