Hello Friends and My 'Extendended' Family'!!

This one is out to our Friend, Buckethead, Whom brought up Mr. Scaggs here awhile back.
Boz..His 1976 release, 'Silk Degrees', on the Columbia record Label.
Recorded in Los Angeles, Cal., At the known, Davlen Studios and Hollywood Sound.
Mastered and Engineered by, Mr. Doug Sax, out of 'The Mastering Lab'.
A Musically gifted individual. Another Who would rather Live in the studio, than go on the road.
From 'Lowdown', to the heavily, early days of FM Radio, His anthem, if you will, 'Lido Shuffle', played often!
Admired Allways by His peers, He has worked with many in the field.
I love the 'Optical Illusion' effect of the Art work here, done by Photography, by, Moshe Brakha.
On the front, on a bench..flip over..He is gone..all else in place, including, The Mysterious Hand.
Look at the brick work below the bench..I love that too!
Done in the L.A. area, I will say, this area may be familiar to someone. Notice also stone retainer wall extending across the front of bench?? Ooh...Have you sat at this Bench??

    Thank You,
    Thomas.

      Heya Thomas....great album...gotta' love Lido Shuffle :)
Let us not forget that Boz met Steve Miller at age 12 and was lead vocalist for Miller's band named the Marksmen. Later Boz appeared on The Steve Miller's Band's first two albums "Children of the Future" and my favorite "Sailor" in '68.

Brunswick, Per this source, that park bench is at Casino Point near Avalon on Catalina Island:

The Intertubes, disseminating useless information since 1969. };-)

Awesome album!! I have my Boz Scaggs tickets for the October 30th show at The Palace Theater. Can't wait!!! Just saw Chrissy Hynde and The Pretenders there in July. Chrissy's voice is still amazing!

There is a connection with our Canadian music producer David Foster as well, as friends or work, not sure. You would probably know more about that. Foster is a multifaceted music pro who has been very busy since the 1970s and lives in LA. Thanks for this.

I must have ran to buy this great album in 1976 and seeing him in 1977 was great. He was on the stage with kenny loggins playing also and Fleetwood Mac. Of all three performers he was the best !
