Your example is by Kraik and ca 1900. Very nice vase in a great size and shape. .

Agree with welzebub, the name is Blue wave, made by Kralik, I have one different ground and shape here.

I have a similar piece with basically the same coloring, but the lines are swirled in a straight spiral pattern. Although, I do not know the mfr either. Thanks for sharing.
