Looks like original art, so one of a kind. Likely difficult to identify the artist since signed with a first name (Kat), a nickname, and dated 1971. Can't tell for sure from your images, but could be mixed media, acrylic and marker/crayon, etc. Some care has been taken to approximate correct skeletal structure, but the proportions are off. Probably the work of an amateur artist. Still fun, though. I would check the back for more information if it is sealed and that important to you. Otherwise, just let your daughter enjoy it.
