I need help identifying what this is made of. Please help! I know these are pearls but not sure what the red part is made of or if it is rare. Please help.

I think the red part of your wonderful necklace is red coral. Unfortunately, I'm unable to tell if the coral is totally natural; the coral could be enhanced or even be imitation. Either way, beautiful combination of pearls and coral!
