    Small army pin. Maybe belonged to my husband's grandfather who was in WWII. Blue screaming eagle with wing shaped horns.

      Not WW2-- this is a modern distinctive unit insignia for the 153rd Military Police Company.

      It is a unit in the Delaware National Guard.
