    I acquired this whimsical antique pottery elephant as part of an auction lot a few months ago. By appearance I would date it to the early 20th century but have been unable to identify the mark. It measures about 7.5" in length. Welcome comments and suggestions re maker. Thanks

      I have a similar item, same glaze, very similar mark. My piece is has two ram heads facing opposite directions with inkwell? pipe holder? in between. will add pics when i find out more.
