I collect and have many books on egyptomania, but do not remember this. I will have to look again. The detail is nice and sharp and appears to be very well modelled.

Is this piece made of glass ??
    3. Egyptopathe Egyptopathe, 6 years ago
Yes Phil, this is moulded pressed glass, could date between 1880 and 1920. But it is not a Saint-Louis, I don't feel it to be French, maybe English or German ? Not an easy question, I've nether seen it published anywhere.
