Just a note that 1:64 scale is not a true scale . It seems to more a size than a scale. More on this later.
Greenlight Collectibles is a current company making a wide range of die cast vehicles including sizes up to 1;24 scale. As can be seen they are very high quality and are more model than toy.
This combines a pair of great models, the VW Bug and the tear drop trailer. Plus it is a 47 split window bug. A small window bug would be good enough. Plus opening hood, trunk and rear of the trailer. Not much fits under the hood of a bug. The rear of the trailer is the kitchen. The side door doesn't open it is basically a mattress on the floor.
Got a few more of these die casts cars to go plus a true 1;64.
