    Hello, this is a Harrach Floret CruetI also black light test all glass and was happy to see even though its not Vaseline it does have the Minerals which react to UV light! if anyone has any information regarding this piece it would be Greatly Appreciated! Thanks for looking!

      I think it might be Fenton, the ruffel on the top suggest's Fenton ,my mom collected Fenton pieces. I have seen pieces like this in glassware books.

      I'm not 100% sure yet, Ive seen a few similar on eBay but no one has mentioned a maker.

      As you know I collect uranium glass.I must say most blue uranium glass doesn't have the pop this piece has.Very bright green for a blue piece.Nice !!
