This vase is 12" high with a 3.5" diameter base. Both the top and bottom are ground flat. It appears to have a bit of age to it based on bottom wear. No idea who the maker is. GW for $1.99 today. Didn't find much and didn't want to leave empty handed. Nice quality glass, though. Not sure why the glass looks smudged in my images as I just washed and polished it. I might try to get better images later.

Hi kwqd, I don't think your vase is like mine even though the shape and decoration seem to be very similar. My vase doesn't have a polished pontil mark and the rim is round. Your vase looks more like crystal, while mine seems to be just glass. Yours looks more stylish while mine is just a little thing that makes you smile:)
