Union T Made in Czecho-slovakia with markings of Dek. 3153

We are downsizing and cleaning out our china cabinet items. This bowl/small planter (not sure what you call it) was given to us by my mother-in-law. I have tried to do research but keep reaching a stumble block. I can't find anything similar to this on eBay or ETSY and have no idea if it is worth anything. It appears to be in good condition no chips or cracks. All I found out is the factory was maybe opened from 1921-1939. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I don't want to donate it to a thrift shop if it may have some value.
