Picked up this great cowbell 30 years ago!! It's one piece Oak carved and steamed into it's shape. Bell is tin metal soldered and a Cowhorn for the ringer. It has a great ring to it. It took a lot of work to make it!!! I don't know much about. Thought it might be Shaker??
Anyone with info would be helpful.

Looks small for cow bell. Looks more like a goat bell.
The collar is 12 to 14 inches across. I don't want to meet that goat.
