Never have gone fishing, but always had a desire to "create" what might be able to pass for some long forgotten boathouse's fishing cabinet.
Picked up low cost items at flea markets, shops, yard sales, etc.
Have had a lot of fun collecting the various pieces over the years.
I am ocasionally able to "spin a yarn" when friends come over, reliving past fishing trips out on some lake. I always end up telling them the truth.
Hope you don't mind me sharing my old Fishing Cabinet with you folks.

Great display!! made me remember 10 years ago a guy came into my shop and asked if I would like to look at some of his stuff!!
He had a carport with about 50+ lures hanging there for many years. Rusty!!!
Asked him about them he said his brother had a bait shop back in the 50's and when he closed it gave him the boxes of lures!! Hedden etc. I asked if he still had the boxes he said he threw them away when he hung the lures!!! SAD STORY!!! I didn't tell him about what he threw away!!!
