The W7 and W8 have a cool double trigger setup.

These power tools you've posted are great. I remember the bare metal drill my father had in the 50's. I don't know what brand, but it was very rectangular shaped.

Hi DaveR. I have one of these, and I think it’s from the 50’s. My grandfather gave it to me. I’ve used it just a little bit, probably a total of 50 short cuts or less. Part of the blade guard on bottom broke off(!) which really surprised me because I thought it was a stronger type of steel. So it’s definitely not mint. I have toyed with the idea of selling it or trading it for timber framing tools and cross cut hand saws... I’ll post pics if you want.

I’m mainly asking to see if there’s much of a market for these if I decide to let it loose.
Looks like its in great shape , just finding a blade guard might be tough ...... It might bring $100 to $200 on some place like ebay .... Mine is near mint and Iowuldnt be interested in it , sometimes ill buy one I already have if its in better shape as an upgrade
I see them randomly listed on ebay from time to time .... People always ask way more than they are worth and they dont sell for their bloated 'buy it now' price . Havent seen too many nice ones listed thou
Yeah that’s sounds about right for value. Thanks for taking a look. I’ll probably hang on to it because it belonged to my grandfather. On second thought, I think I’d have to be literally starving before I end up selling it.
Keep it , about 14 years ago I sold some things that were my grandpas and have regretted since > I was moving and just didn't want to carry the stuff along as I moved out of state
