I was visiting family in Illinois so, of course, I checked out what was for sale in their area and found this. It has been worked on once before so all the leather has been removed and it looks like everything has been sanded and stained alright but the metal has a bit of rust on it, the lock and a latch are missing and it's a bit dark for me and the interior is just plain ugly so it needs a touch up at least. I'm pretty tickled, the family is starting to be concerned but I'm tickled.
That's pretty funny,I was looking at this one real hard FatBoy64, but I just couldn't get myself to make the five hour drive to get it , love the hardware, send it to me, greendog.
No way Greendog, I like this one. It only took me an hour and a half out of my way to pick it up so that wasn't too bad. It looks like Jim Cardoza did a Romadka monitor trunk similar to this one at some point, there are some pics out there if you look for them, so hopefully this will turn out somewhere close to that.... hopefully. If I come across anymore like this you have first dibs.
