Looking for more information on this lamp. Proper description? Confirm 1960s? It was my grandmothers. Appears to be metal with light green glass and hanging crystals. I think there was a pair but I only have one now.

So pretty! I would venture to say 1930's, not positive but do feel it's quite a bit older than the 60's for sure.

It was made in Bohemia (now Czech republic) most probably between WWI & WWII.
The technique of cutting through one colour to reveal another in glass is called "Flashing" & then finally the enamelled floral decoration & gilding would have been applied.
Attributing an exact maker is nearly impossible but I hope that helps
