Here's a gift I gave myself for Christmas...spotted it a few months ago, & eventually obtained it for half the original marked price.
The vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over opaque peach (the colour is a little more intensely peachy in person). It measures 23.5 cm tall, 6.8 cm across the crimped top rim, & 6.8 cm across the base, which has a neatly polished out pontil mark.
The clear outer layer of glass has a fine, swirling ribbed pattern, & each of the vase's four, rounded sides has been pushed in.
It is finished off with delicate enamelled decoration of branches & cherry blossom type flowers.
To me, this piece is a class act, & I believe it to most likely be of Bohemian origin.
Perhaps Harrach? Or, going out on a limb - early Loetz even?

IronLace, this vase is very beautiful, :^D and reminded of this pair of vases that I posted over a year ago:

We all felt that these were Bohemian, after checking others that were similar!
      Have a Great 2019! :^)

Harrach 'Ernest Leveille' decor c 1895 (perhaps).

Many thanks, billretirecoll, your pair of vases are lovely. I would agree on a Bohemian origin for them too.
Happy New Year to you also!

Thank you for your thoughts, Bambus1920.
I had admired this vase for a while, it was quietly lingering among all kinds of other glass & it stood out from the crowd.
