Combination pliers with nail puller, hammer head, wire cutter, slitting knife and screwdriver, round serrated jaws. black Japanned finish, 8" long. Does anyone know it is used for?

Not anymore, Yougotta ! Only by email & telling me something about "maternity" something. Never had a vasectomy, but her description of what she planned to do didn't sound right to me. Maybe this is for cracking nuts. Looks like a hammer on the side of the jaw & the blade for getting bits of the nut out.
