    Hi there...can anyone help me in identifying what this is?
    The hinge clasp has a PSCO stamp on it
    I found it and have no clue how old or its significance

      PSCO jewelry mark is from Plainsville Stock Co., still operating in Plainsville Ma.I found 2 sources; one stated that it was established in 1886 and the other stated 1874.I hope that this helps.
