These two little Loetz vases may not be true miniatures (2" and under), but they are quite tiny - both just 3.5" (8.9cm) tall. Although they look iridescent purple when displayed, they are actually a deep rich red when held to the light: Loetz's Rubin Matte Iris decor. I really enjoy having these little vases in my collection; I have several other minis with them in other colors, all with silver overlay. I think I prefer silver overlay best on the small vases, due to its intricate designs.

OMG! Adorable! I have the vase on the right and wish I had the vase on the left! I agree the silver is very dainty. I have an even smaller squat vase of same decor listed in my profile pics.

Sammyz, I saw your trio - so pretty! I love the little squat one; someone on the Bohemian glass facebook group just found one in that shape, too; the decor is very similar but a little different. (Did you get the Heckert info I emailed to you? I am afraid it may have gone into your spam folder!) :)
