Although it is not Art Deco, I loved the movement in the piece.

This supposedly is from the estate Henry Alexander Salm's sprawling historic mansion at 25 Tower Hill Loop, Tuxedo Park, New York.
Dimensions: 8-1/2" tall x 7" long x 3-1/2" wide
Weight: 5 lbs, it has a Fabrication Francaise Paris, or "made in France Paris" foundry mark ( near the front on the first picture.
