Hi,I recently was at a Ramage sale and came across this beautiful one day Cuckoo Clock it is an Authentic Anton Schneider from the Black Forest Germany when I got home I hung it on the wall and when I was setting The time the bird would never pop out and Cuckoo as it was to,the man does pops out and the music plays I did check The movement and the bird is not stuck I also pull on the pinecone weight Andy still the bird will not Cuckoo all Thebes weight and attached them correctly also the Clock night switch is on can any one tell me why the bird will not pop out and Cuckoo thanks so much.
Nice looking clock. The pivots look pretty dry and one also looks like it has started to rust. You should probably have it looked at by a good clock repair shop. It may just need to be properly oiled and adjusted, or it may need much more but you won't really know until someone who is knowledgeable has a chance to examine it for you. Good luck.
