I am having difficulties identifying this lovely cabbage plate. Excellent glaze, kiln marks, an anchor not pressed into plate.
I dont believe it is davennport, Chelsea. Any thoughts?

I think it may be Majolica, although the pictures leave much to be desired !~

Hard to tell without a complete image of the whole plate, majolica is a style which had a molded texture, some quite elaborate, with further glazed and painted surface to accent the nature motifs, this was in the Art Nouveau period of late 19th and early 20th century initially.
This kind of majolica has a name, lettuce ware, which shows how popular it was and how many producers were making them, in Europe and the USA.

This may not bethe same oattern, but there otherexamples, this one also had a photo of the anchor mark, so you can compare
