This 3 1-2"L fancy bird brooch has a plumed head, with smoky blue cab eye framed by white rhinestones and bright red enamel accents, on goldtone. By Marcel Boucher (1937-1971)

He's lovely! His head looks rather like a peacock's, but yet his tail reminds me of a bird of paradise- he does look like he belongs on some hot and possibly volcanic south sea island!
