I wish I could say that I know who made this piece, but I don't. Shape-wise, it's closer to pieces by Rindskopf, but I've never seen a Rindskopf bowl like this with indents on the bottom half, and I've never seen this decor from Rindskopf or anyone else before. The glass is highly metallic and iridescent , and it is pockmarked with globular frit inclusions within small bubbles. In that sense, it's closer to some decors that Kralik has done (such as "snowflake"), but it is not marked in any way. It does have a fire polished rim and polished pontil. Photographing it was a real challenge. If anyone else has any ideas, I would be grateful to hear them.

I would tend to think that your bowl is Rindskopf. I have two of the basic green
versions of this shape, characterized by a bubbly green glass with outstanding irridescence, like your bowl. The four large dimples and numerous smaller dimples make this a more expensive piece than my green ones. The inclusions are not frit but unmelted components of the glass. Early in the day production seems to contain more un-fined bubbles and inclusions which tends me more toward the Rindskopf designation vs. Kralik

Love this one! Warren, Ales has a bowl in almost exactly the same shape, but without the lower indentations: http://www.bohemianglass.org/katalog/misa-crackle-3643/detail/ Your bowl has a strong Rindskopf feel to me. Also, Rindskopf definitely did work with frit; I have one of theirs with allover frit, and their snowflake decor also had white frit 'dots', but different from those in this bowl. It looks like the bowl is an all over pinkish-orange, and the frit dots are more yellow?

Michelle is right. My bowl is probably the same shape (photo of my bowl corresponds to the 2nd photo). Unfortunately, I do not think it's certain that my bowl is definitely Rindskopf. The pattern of this vase reminds me a little of a vase I have as well as Rindskopf.
