Yes CW It Is The Sausage Man!!

Dean was born in Plainview, Texas in 1928. He began his singing career in 1953 and scored a #1 in 1961 with the song, 'Big Bad John'.
He hosted his own television show for awhile and invested into the sausage making Buisness, making himself even more a household name.
This LP was released in 1963 on the Crown Lable and contains a rendition to the song, 'Frankie And Johnnie'. Deans' instrument of choice was the Accordian.
    Jimmy passed away in 2010.

    Thank You,
    Thomas.

Jimmy was a good ole boy for sure. Very successful in all his endeavors. Big Bad John is a classic, I had it on 16 rpm record club record around '61 along with Splish Splash, Peggy Sue and Yakity Yak. I wish I still had it, great record. Jimmy's Variety show gave the Muppets their nationwide recognition with Ralph. Jimmy also played a Howard Hughes type character in the Bond film Diamonds are Forever. Couldn't help but like him.
