Got this in a box lot! Don't know how it was used?? I believe it's a Machinist Tool because it has very small gauge marks in two places you line up and tighten screws??? Bottom hole with screw in 1/4 inch and to put something in and tighten?? Any ideas out there??? Pat 1900 No 760
maybe a set up tool to hold a dial indicator,,,?
