Limoges Company may - does anybody know which company and/or the name of the pattern?
It is very pretty but I don't seem to be able to find out anything about it.

Limoges is the name of a place in France famous for its porcelain, so probably not the nameof maker. There are many fine makers there and also generic decorator companies, but their products are not that valuable. Yours has a logo without any initials to give us a clue as to the company name. I will see what I can find out, You don’t have dimensions on your item but it looks likea covered vegetable dish.

Yes, Limoges porcelain designates hard-paste porcelain produced by factories near the city of Limoges, France beginning in the late 18th century, but does not refer to a particular manufacturer. I am trying to find out the name of the factory/manufacturer and the pattern name if anybody knows. I have several Limoges items - but none with this mark, and this is the only piece in this pattern. I have been looking for information for awhile - without a bit of luck. I hoped somebody would know. Yes, it is a covered vegetable server that about 12" x 6" without the handles.

According to marks4antiques the mark belongs to Ancienne manufacture Limoges, your particular mark was in use from the 1920-60’s, they replicate old patterns from previous centuries and are now owned by Bernadaud

Well I wont be your answer on that,.. but there are those in here that might be able to help you in time I just started to learning on some glass from the folks that post it here ... great place to hang and learn,..I mostly collect roycroft book ../// but the best way to pick things up on glass is to invest in books on glass you would like to collect ..Had a ton of depression glass try to sell some at a yard sale up here in the NE and couldn't give it away ,...times change ..locations change people wants change ..good luck
I did find out that Ancienne Manufacture Royale is part of French history and was highly respected. And quite valuable - that makes me happy!
