I think you will find it easier if you google bung hole reamer.

It does both at the same time. The auger is to start the hole then the tapered cutting edges expand and taper the hole so the bung fits tight when pounded in. After this the hole would be cleaned with a different reamer . It is an auger of sorts but is commonly called a bung hole reamer. There is a different auger also that only bores a straight hole without the taper that was the actual bung hole auger. This type did both operations at the same time.
