What do you call this hair clip?

I find this piece very lovely because of how it was made. I believe it is a peacock with different colors of stones. It is heavy for one thing and the designed is beautiful to me. It has that vintage look to it. I do not know what to call this clip except hair accessory or hairclip. Any info. is greatly appreciated.
