    What have we here?
    This is some sort of heating device. I thought it was for sealing carpest seams but it looks to be too clean for that.
    There are no manufacturer markings. This was in a box with several other similiar items that we are trying to identify.
    Any Ideas? Any assistance is appreciated

      Wow, another unusual looking heating device...it (they) both must have *some* specific purpose, I wish I could suggest what it might be. Maybe some kind of "iron" for making pleats in a garment or somesuch?? Have you plugged it (or your other similar) in to find out how hot it really gets??
