I believe this creamer & sugar set are Royal Rudolstadt Beyer & Beck from between 1905 & 1931.
It is hand painted & signed "F. Hahn".
I am curious about the design. Does the gold detail with the black dots have any significance or name?
    Any thoughts/help?

I believe it's simply in the design with no particular meaning to it but not positive about that. I have pieces like this too, but none with the black enamel. Could be a bit older as well. Very pretty!

A previous owner could have added the black in too. Just an afterthought.
