Gillian this is a real beauty, I totally love it, such colorful rhinestones and by a great vintage designer - this brooch looks rather like a mini clutch purse to me, very stylish

Very pretty. I have two clips that would match this nicely. Will post shortly :). Not very familiar with Little Nemo though.

Gillian, this is beautiful, and would look nice with Mrstyndall's clips! :^D Hers might be Little Nemo also! :^)

Here's a Clip that sold on Etsy, that's just different colored Rhinestones then Mrstyndall, and it's a Little Nemo make! :^D

I posted the same link on Mrstyndall's post! :^)

Ms.CrystalShip - Thank you very much for leaving such a happy comment. It's a really heavy brooch, so not good for certain blouses and such.

Hi Bill - So glad that Little Nemo is getting around, I don't see enough of him.

Mrs. Tyndall - Enjoyed your clips. Have you worn them yet? I thank you for leaving a rainbow clue.

Kyratango - I'm really glad you stopped by, and happy that you concur with all the lovely comments.

kwqd - So many colours, with some space between them to enjoy them all. Some of them seem to be lined up, then you find some that aren't. Thank you!

      loverofoldthings77 - You're very kind. Thank you!

Newfld - Agree with you that it looks like a clutch purse. (would never thought of that). I totally love it too, what a wonderful thing to say. We've got Little Nemos all over! Thank you so much.

Mrs. Tyndall - I have no idea why I typed the word clue at the end of my post. Well I do thank you for your kind words.

Love this! It's so pretty and unique! (don't you just love how people think something is old just because it's dirty?) !!! WTH and then be rude to you! haha geeze!

shareurpassion - My apologies for this very late thank you! Happy that you took the time to leave a comment that was, in itself, unique /;>

Elisabethan - Thank you very much for your kind comment.

Most of our brooches are way too heavy for the fabrics of today. Just yesterday I put on my D & E pink Margarita brooch, and it just sagged on my blouse...sigh!
The good thing is that it shows the quality of our pieces, our clothes now a days not so much!

      Hi Mrs.CrystalShip -
Thank you for your note about "heavy" jewelry. Large, costume jewelry earrings also used to sag when using the dainty butterfly backings. (Now there're backings, which offer brilliantly engineered discs, that hold up the ear lobe.)
