Here is a 3" feather design brooch with multi color & pave white rhinestones on goldtone, by Weiss (1942-1971). An interesting note is that one of the rhinestone colors (probably AB) changes from purple to blue to green at diff angles

I really like the colored stones in this, so pretty!
colours like that. Love Weiss whenSometimes the AB would change like that. They made a lot of quality pieces using prong set stones instead of glue !~
