A life light on it's knees.
The decor and knees look Welz to me although I've not seen the shape before.
A wee bit damaged but I can live with that.
I love the way the colours are twisted.
With its funky shape and at 8" tall it's quite striking.

Great to see you have this, Fran. Great shape and I think you're right to think it Welz.

This link will take you to what I think may be the same décor,

Thank you Peggy. I feel lucky to have it, even damaged. It was its decor and look of the knees (just as your vase:) that look Welz to me.

Great find! I would be quite shocked if this was not Welz production. It is a great shape, and one I have not seen before. Love it!!

Thank you Craig and Justanovice. I've not seen anything with quite such a wacky shape. Do you know would it date to the Art Deco era or earlier?

Hi Fran. It is hard to say for sure with this style of production, but this style strikes me as post WWI in terms of the date.
