I saw this in a booth at an antique store for $3.99 and snatched it up because I thought it looked very similar to one I had researched for a friend before. I'm pretty sure it's a Solje brooch, but I can't find a mark on it anywhere. My friend's was silver and enamel- I'm guessing this one is brass? Is anyone familiar with Scandinavian jewelry out there that could help me out? Or at least tell me that it's definitely not 24k gold so I can stop daydreaming about spending the imaginary profits I'll make reselling it. Thanks!!

Could be Marius Hammer, it’s certainly at the top part has the look of his work.

Thanks, Peasejean55. That is kind of the way I was leaning too. It appears to be gold plated- maybe even 24k plated due to the orangy/yellow color of it. I just don't remember seeing any Marius hammer pieces that were plated. I've only ever seen silver or ever and enamel-. I guess I'll do some more digging. Thanks for the love, and also thanks to valentino97, fortapache, AdeleC, Brunswick, aura, Broochman, vetraio50, Newfld for their love as well.
