I recently purchased a few items from a collector who is thinning out their collection. This was something that intrigued me.
It is 7” x 5.25” in total. Framed back painted glass with image behind.
Some paint has lifted, but overall it looks great with bright colours.
The mini calendar slides down. The cover says “seasons greetings” which is politically correct, but was that an issue in 1942? That date is not noted anywhere else.
Do I have a recent souvenir from a Brownsville, Tennessee shop, or an actual 1942 (1941) piece?
Any information is appreciated.

I did a little more digging and found just a few others. I believe I did well on this purchase as the value is almost triple what I paid.
I’ll post other items I recently purchased soon.
