Picked up this party leader's belt buckle at a reasonable price. Now, can anybody explain the meaning of this sign painted on a wall here in St. Maarten ? I thought it meant no flipping birds here, but somebody else said they thought it meant no panhandling. Had to get a pic of it !

On the sides of the sign, what do those letters say?? I looks like “jus wuk”......”just work”??
If I’m reading it correctly, then I vote for “No Panhandling” but it sure could be taken for something else! Cool sign!

Oh no it is the symbol that must not be seen! On the belt buckle that is. Google images is not helping in the search for the sign.

"No goosing". I like that! Buckle was made by Fried Linden in Ludenscheid, Germany.

GI, I had the belt, but because it didn't pass the blacklight test, I threw it away ! LOL!! Only amateurs hold by the blacklight thing. This buckle was obviously torn off of the belt. What a shame !

This sign means "forbidden to beg". The text "jus wuk" = Just work.
