    I'm not sure what these are made of, but it looks like a root which has been wound and tied. The two smaller baskets have covers but the large one doesn't. Has anyone seen this type of basket before? any idea where they're from? thank you!

      i went back to the same place i found these baskets and found the cover to the large basket!
