What do they call a truck like this? Perhaps a tilt forward cab? Generally a truck like that would have a larger bed. Is there another name for a flat faced cab like this? Anyway this is perhaps my favorite Auburn vehicle yet and has the best color which is turquoise. This could be a composite or fantasy piece but it has the look of the 190s trucks. It is 5" long. Has the usual Auburn characters embossed on the side windows.
These Auburn vehicles were made in the 1950s and sold at dime stores. Something to keep the kids happy because they didn't have smart phones.
Never seen this Auburn before. The color and style are sweet, cool grill. I remember the Auburn toys well in the bins at the 5 & 10 store. They were great quality and fun for the money IMO.
