This shape comes in different sizes and different numbers of rim folds and applied rosettes - either 3, 4, or 5 depending on the production number. This one is 19.3 cm (about 7.6 inches) tall, and is the three rosette variety. Ausf. 56 is characterized by yellow-green "cisele" oil spot on a clear ground, with either silver-yellow iridescent applied handles or "rosettes".

Silver-yellow rosettes!? How interesting. They have such a strong blue iridescence. Beautiful piece.

Wow22, when I read "silver-yellow iridescence" in the books, I assume that the "yellow" refers to the natural color of whatever material is used to create the iridescence - for example, if you look at the third photo at the interior of the vase, you can see through to the rosette on the far side and to the underside of the iridescence, and it has a yellowish tint. But the outer appearance is as you describe - a bluish silver.
