This Harrach vase was designed by the architect Jan Koula for the Czech Interior at the World's Fair at Paris 1900. The original design paper is still kept in the Harrachov design book AH 279, the shape 1745 and design F2105 in 'Basdouble Green' execution with white enamel outlined in matte gold. The informations given here are taken from the book by Jan Mergl 'From Neuwelt to the whole World, 300 Years of Harrach Glass', the design foto is from page 345.431. The unique engraved signature with the 'Crown of Count Harrach' indicates, that this vase was made for a special purpose and was possibly exhibited at Paris. The shape 1745 was lateron used in the Harrach production e.g décorated by 'Jaspis' in 1902.
My vase stands H=25.5 and D=18.5 cm. Without the kind support of Deb, I wouldn't have been able to obtained this unique piece.

This post is really wonderful. I always love original drawings mapped to real pieces. I am a little surprised that for such an important piece, it does not have a more exciting ground. Don't get me wrong - it's spectacular, but why the choice of transparent green, I wonder?
