Surprise - this is Not a Brooch as it has no pin at the back, so I guess just a necklace bangle. Has an Art Nouveau look but I do not think that old. Just pretty looked. See no mark, and if that is a mark in the middle have no clue what it is. Does anyone think it is ??

And that does look like a hallmark???
But no matter, it is a stunning piece!
