    Anyone have any information on this guitar. The web-based stuff isn't that good. Its a 1978 model, in walnut with gold hardware. I've heard they are quite collectable

      That does look like a 1970s Gibson ES-355. I think they're making them better today than they did in the 70s, but that's a great looking instrument. The tail piece in unusual (and cool). They were usually equipped with the "Lyre" vibrato tail in that era.

      Oh wow, I was thinking this was a Gibson. Well, it looks like a great copy by Ibanez.
